ABOUT FULL PULL
Full Pull is an organization for electronic/experimental music, art and associated projects. The aim of the organization is to encourage individuals and institutions alike, as well as strengthening regional collaborations and networks for the exchange of artistic practice and knowledge.

Full Pull arrange an annual festival in collaboration with numerous partners in the field of music and art in the Öresund region. Full Pull started as a informal cooperation between art galleries, record labels and independent music promoters in MalmÖ 2004. One year later the first Full Pull festival was held at Rooseum Center for Contemporary Art, which started the network that now organizes an annual festival for electronic/ experimental music and related arts.

The fifth festival will be a collaboration with Kontra-musik and hence the new festival name - Full Pull;KOntra '09. The festval is geographically spread over the Öresund region from MalmÖ to Lund, Brösarp and Copenhagen. More than twentyfive different partners is now active in the festival network. This cluster af small and creative nodes is the organic form of Full Pull - constantly open to experiments that favors quality, innovation and exchange in musical and artistic practice.

The long-term aim for Full Pull is to stimulate the experimental music and art scene in the Öresund region. Full Pull support collaborations between different fields of art and technology, as well and international collaborations where the Nordic countries is one part. In 2009 Full Pull opens Full Pull Studio to facilitate inter arts and media projects based around music and sound.

Full Pull is also part of I.C.A.S. – International Cities of Advanced Sound – where shared knowledge and different creative platforms generate new experiments in music and related arts.
